From the day we first put pen to paper establishing Gold Rush Cookie Company, we had the dream of becoming Northern California's only kosher bakery outside of the Bay Area. After four long years we are proud to make available for the community our Dairy and Pareve-DE delights.
Certifications
Gold Rush Cookie Company is currently certified Kosher Dairy and Pareve - DE (dairy equipment).
We hope to add full Parve items in the near future.
Supervision
Gold Rush Cookie Company is under the strict supervision of Rabbi Nochum Yusewitz of Gold Country Kosher.
